Eric Scott


Eric Scott the famous boxer also known as "Butterbean" was born on 3rd august, 1966 in Bay city, Michigan. With boxing he also specializes in kickboxing. This mixed martial artist weighs 350 pounds (159 kg) and is 5’11 inches tall. His appearance of having a round body and a baldhead, adds to his boxing personality. He is known to have an alarming persona and an entertaining identity in the world of martial arts.

Butterbean initiated his boxing career in the United States by participating in the “Toughman Contest”. He then entered professional boxing in 1994, and from then on came to be known as the “King of 4 rounder”. Later, he won the “World Tough man Heavyweight Champion” five times for a world record of 56-5 with 36 knockouts. In 1997, he won the “IBA World Super heavyweight championship”. Eric has fought with the world’s most famous boxers including Mike Tyson, Mc Neeley and Larry Holmes. His boxing career positions him with 75 wins, 7 losses and 4 draws.

With this profound boxing experience, he started his career in mixed martial arts by making his debut at “K-1 Premium” in December 2003. This was a match against a Japanese fighter called “Genki Suko” which Eric lost. He subsequently made his appearance in various famous martial arts events like “Pride fighting championships”, “King of the cage”, “Rumble on the rock” and “fightfeast”. His Martial arts records position him with 8 wins, 3 losses and 1 draw.

Not leaving the “WWF” events behind, he appeared twice in these events, challenging his boxing skills. In 1997, he appeared in the “In your house” event where he defeated Marc Mero. He then participated in “Wrestlemania XV” where he defeated “Bart Gunn”.

Scott is not just restricted to boxing and martial arts, he is one of those artists who have made their presence felt in Media. He has done this with his special appearance in the film “Jackass the movie” where he fought a scene in a departmental store against “Johnny Knoxville”. He was then seen in the film “Chairman of the Board” where he played the role of a security guard in a museum. Leaving aside films, butterbean then endorsed with EA- Sports where he was seen in the “Toughman Contest” playing the character of the final boss.

In all he has participated in 89 fights out of which he won 76, lost 7 and 4 were a draw. Butterbean is currently training with the American Top Team to improve his ground game. He is constantly working hard to build him self further as an athlete and sharpen his boxing and martial arts skills.
